My starting point is the firmly held belief that we hold the answers to the questions we struggle with on a daily basis and the answer often lies in our personal ability to access our often-untapped inner resourcefulness. We can access this resourcefulness through an exploration of choice, with choice acting as the opportunity to resolve inner conflict and to influence the future.
