I am an experienced public sector manager having worked in a variety of settings including: central and local government, NHS commissioning, community care, mental health and acute care. My roles have predominantly been in transformational change and service improvement. I believe in the capability of individuals and the unique contribution they bring to a team or a project. I have been an Executive and Business Coach for three years and my approach is open enquiry and observation with the focus on the individual being coached. I have a keen interest in the psychological aspects so very happy to explore the deeper psychological issues with those coachees who are interested. I mainly use approaches from Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, often applying creative techniques to get behind the words and find deeper meaning.
