This typically involves 1-1 coaching, team development and facilitation, and organisation development in times of change. She holds a Masters degree in Strategic HR, and is certified to use a wide range of psychometric and leadership development tools. Rose is a Fellow of the CIPD, a graduate of Corporate Coach University (an ICF-accredited qualification), and trained as a coaching supervisor. She writes a monthly personal development blog, which has a large following. She is also a 2017 ABP Award Winner for Excellence in Change Management, having designed a six-stage methodology with a unique framework focusing on enabling change through people.
