My passion is partnering with leaders, managers and specialists to help them increase performance, reach their potential and be the best version of themselves. When needed, my background in talent and leadership development can be drawn upon for inspiration. As an integrative coach I use a range of coaching methods and psychological frameworks to suit clients’ unique needs. I encourage curiosity, experimentation, reflection and self-compassion. I work with people: Transitioning into new roles; planning/making career changes/returning to work ; interested in career progression; wanting to look at existing roles with fresh eyes; facing challenges at work that they are motivated to address.
