Jaime started his career as a graduate design engineer in consulting building services. He moved on to lead a local authority multi-disciplinary new build design team then worked with public private partner outsourcing company Mouchel.
He developed business change skills using lean and systems thinking methodology to transform support services improving capability, performance and culture.
Working in the University sector he has transitioned core services in student support for the University of East London leading a lean methods approach to support a full redesign of service capability. He has run numerous training programmes with staff to introduce lean principles into daily operations and provided coaching at executive level across both public and private sector.
As well courses in people and process change Jaime has a degree in Fuel & Energy Engineering from the University of Leeds, is a chartered engineer and holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
