Sessions for primary and secondary school children on employability, confidence and self-efficacy
  English
Central London, South London and North Kent.
I have been a qualified executive coach for the past four years but have used coaching conversations for fifteen years in supporting two very different children through their education and into the world of work.

I hold a Certificate in Career Development and Coaching Studies and am studying for the diploma. In parallel, I have studied the concepts of Positive Psychology, looking specifically at what really makes us happy, helps us identify and gain energy from using our strengths. It helps increase the positive emotional experiences in our daily lives. This helps us be the best that we can be.

I am a passionate lifelong learner. I have worked in many roles as a qualified solicitor. I also hold an MBA and an HR Diploma in Learning and Development. I have worked in legal, corporate legal, operational and a variety of HR roles, all at senior management level. I will bring a wealth and breadth of in-depth knowledge and real-life experience to our coaching sessions.
Personal, executive, management and career coaching for individuals and groups.
Workshops, particularly around understanding oneself and ones strengths and then using that to research jobs, get to interview and get the job that is right for you. Leadership and other training also available.
