Sally established Innovation in 2015 to develop leadership capability and support businesses become to the best they can be.
She works with the senior management teams of small / medium size organisations to improve their personal skills and support them to deliver stronger business results. Innovation programmes are bespoke and created to meet the individual needs of the company and team and frequently contain both 1-2-1 executive coaching and team coaching sessions.
Sally has extensive experience operating at an executive level within large PLC organisations in the UK and holds Non-Executive Director and Trustee positions on the boards of UK companies and charities.
