I am a qualified, accredited and experienced personal life coach supporting both adults and teenagers. I use a number of different approaches such as CBT, MI, ACT, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. This allows me to draw upon different techniques, making my work with clients very holistic and person centred. I believe that with the right tools, perspective and self-belief every individual is capable of overcoming unhelpful patterns of thinking or behaviour, cultivating self-acceptance and achieving their goals.
I have experience working with a number of people of different gender, age, ethnicity and circumstance in a variety of different settings which allows me to work with individuals in a none judgmental and open way.
I have a passion for supporting teenagers with managing change, managing difficult thoughts or feelings, building confidence, self-esteem and resilience enabling them to face the challenges experienced in teenage years.
I particularly enjoy supporting adults to identify and achieve their goals, achieve balance in their lives and manage unhelpful thought patterns, to be the best person that they can be. I also have a passion for supporting parents to understand young people’s challenging behaviour.
