  I’m the founding Director of TurningTides, a bespoke consultancy and coaching practice established in 2012. Before that I was an Executive Director in the NHS with over 30 years’ experience working in complex public sector organisations.

Through coaching I accompany clients as a learning partner to facilitate personal growth and transformation, with a focus on achieving organisational objectives.

My approach is person centred, strengths-based and solution-focused. I draw on a range of psychological, business and change theories, tools and techniques and specialise in systemic coaching and facilitation.

I have an MSc in Management and an Ashridge Masters in Leadership (Quality Improvement). I’m a Practitioner in Systemic Coaching and Facilitation and my approach also benefits from 18 years’ experience as a mental health practitioner.
  I have a special interest in helping people navigate complex change and transitions to achieve their highest potential, both personally and professionally. I specialise in systemic coaching and facilitation, which is about helping the client to gain insights about how they lead and relate to others within a broader (human) systemic context. When change is stuck the constraints are often obscured within the relational system. Coaching with the system in mind helps to illuminate hidden dynamics and relational entanglements to bring fresh insights and move things forward.

I provide 1-1 coaching, team coaching and developmental workshops. I'm an experienced facilitator for large events and deliver training on systemic leadership approaches.
