Summary I bring to the conversation over 30 years of experience working alongside leaders pursuing a conscious awareness of the leadership style they bring to outstanding business performance. I'm known for my open and warm style, with a sense of humour – call myself a “gentle provocateur”. I am willing and able to challenge habitual, self-limiting thinking patterns and behaviours, and am not deterred by complexity. The words most commonly used to describe me are ‘authentic’, ‘pragmatic’ and 'insightful'.
Qualified as a Coach Supervisor, an organisational/executive coach, psychotherapist and educator, my passion is to illuminate the unrealised qualities, values and behaviours that support the emergence of powerful, authentic presence for all my clients – the organisational leaders I coach and the coaches I supervise.
As Coach Supervisor… “My work is shaped by my conviction that each coach has within them everything they need to flourish professionally and personally. My focus is on supporting the coach, through a dialogue of reflective inquiry, to gain deeper awareness of themselves and their coaching practices. Together we co-create a learning space where we can safely explore practice challenges, ethical dilemmas, application of tools and techniques and attend to the emotional and professional wellbeing of the coach. All with the clear intention of supporting best practice for the coach’s clients.”
