  I have 17 years of coaching and development facilitation experience in professional services, the public sector, financial services and the charity sector. I have worked with leaders across Europe, North America and Asia.
As a coach, I combine deep listening and insightful questions to create a space where you can slow down enough to hear yourself think. I love to support people who are stepping up to a new challenge, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or looking for an independent perspective on a challenge you’re facing.
I love to help you connect with and value your strengths, and to learn from your successes. I aim to increase your awareness of any default patterns of thinking and behaving that could be limiting your progress or keeping you stuck. I combine psychological models and practical exercises to help you unlock new ways of thinking and discover actions to take forwards – actions that you believe in and can commit to.
  I specialise in coaching high potential mid-level leaders, particularly supporting women leaders to reach their potential. I'm in my element working with people in pressurised roles or times of transition, to enhance your confidence and resilience so you thrive, not just survive. I have extensive experience working in the Professional Services sector, and have also worked with clients in Financial Services, the NHS and the Charity sector.
Some topics I’ve worked with clients on recently include: transforming a difficult working relationship, creating clarity about their leadership vision and practical plans for how to lead a new team, building an inclusive and high performing team from a diverse group of individuals, resilience and work-life balance, clarity on career next steps, increasing personal productivity, confidence when speaking and presenting to senior clients.
