Elizabeth began her journey to becoming a business coach in 2015 after reading The Tao Te Ching by Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu. In this book written 2500 years ago, Lao Tzu describes the four virtues for living. Elizabeth began to apply these virtues at her place of work, alongside a spiritual practice of meditation and mindfulness and discovered it had a profound affect on her customers and working environment. Elizabeth began to receive positive feedback from the customers and it was not long after that she began to share her techniques of applying this ancient wisdom which form the key principles of her coaching methodology.
Elizabeth provides custom-designed corporate training programs for businessess including workshops and one to one coaching.

I practice meditation and mindfulness every day. I also run a workshop in Meditation at The Royal Academy of Arts on a voluntary basis for staff. I am also a trained reiki practitioner with a interest in holistic healing. I also have a BA in Fine Arts and I design jewellery.
