I use mindfulness & compassion-based coaching to facilitate clients to focus on their strengths & potential rather than their problems & shortcomings. My coaching style is based on positive psychology & is holistic, practical & solution-focused. The types of clients I work with include those with young families who have busy & stressful lives; menopausal & post-menopausal women who are struggling to make sense of this challenging time of their lives; women who struggle with weight issues & poor body image, & who wish to take a different approach from dieting & calorie-counting; those whose children have 'flown the nest' & who wish to explore & discover a new sense of purpose & fulfillment in their lives; & teenagers & young adults who struggle with social anxiety, peer pressure/exam pressure, poor body image or family conflict. My desire is to provide a safe space for all of my clients in which they can ultimately flourish & prosper.
