Howard has over 25 years in consulting, coaching and executive leadership. Howard’s core skill set is as a business transformation/change practitioner and coach with a focus on executives and their teams, performance improvement and organisation change. Howard has led to or contributed to a range of change programmes including M&A, HR functional build/upgrade, restructuring and organisation design, new business build and privatisation/outsourcing. Howard has also worked with and coached several executives on issues including personal effectiveness, performance improvement, conflict resolution, managing change and career transition. Organisations Howard has assisted include Barclays, Cargill Inc, CSL Pharma Ltd, Imperial Brands, JPMorgan, Price Waterhouse and Thomson-Reuters. Howard is a Fellow of the CIPD and has studied in his field at LBS & Michigan, and is a former occasional lecturer at Cass Business School.
