I have over 25 years global professional experience, including more than 10 years as a consultant, coach, coach supervisor, educator and researcher. Prior to my full-time coaching consulting career I practiced as a lawyer, leading large international teams on projects and disputes worth in excess of $1billion. Specializing in disputes around professional responsibility, breach of duty of care, conflicts of interest and ethical responsibility has been invaluable in my coaching supervision work. I regularly undertake coaching research in collaboration with international universities and global clients. My coaching related qualifications include, a MSc. Organizational Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney) and Post Graduate Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision (Oxford Brooks University). I am also an accredited Team and Systemic Team Coach. I currently serve as the Regional Co-Chair for the Association for Coaching, New York.
