Stemar HR Consultancy offers an effective human resources advisory service, workplace mediation and people management interventions, supporting improved organisational and individual performance. I also have experience of working within commercial, public sector and not for profit organisations. My approach is to be ethical, solutions focussed and explore a range of Coaching techniques to move Coachees on to achieving their goals. I comply with the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) code of ethics and believe that, as in any professional relationship, Coaching is most effective when trust is high and coaching conversations are conducted in an atmosphere of honesty and mutual respect. I am also committed to my own development and receive Coaching supervision as well as peer support to continuously improve my offer as a Coach to a range of individuals and organisations.

In periods of significant change, I have coached managers to devise and implement effective change management and employee relations strategies in order to achieve organisational /individual goals.
I Coach managers to effectively manage diverse and dispersed staff groups fairly and consistently. I consider this to be vitally important, especially when people have conflicting demands on their time, resources are scarce and there is an increasing need to ensure that high quality services are consistently provided. I also believe in empowering clients to improve their performance when managing change, performance, conflict, attendance and Dignity at Work issues whilst developing productive teams.
