Adrienne is an experienced executive coach, facilitator, assessor and organisation development specialist. She has extensive experience of supporting leaders, senior individual contributors and teams through periods of transition and change to enhance effectiveness at work. She has worked both with individuals and groups at board, senior and middle management level in the private and public sector. Adrienne’s approach is informed by her action research on Chief Executive success, the qualities of an exceptional NED, the dynamics of high performing teams and the contribution of women at a senior level. She has led large talent identification and development programmes working with senior management, directors and emerging talent in both the private and public sectors. She is currently researching the nature and use of 360 assessment linked to coaching.
