Nina’s business background includes over 15 years’ experience in various HR roles across telecommunications, insurance & asset management, investment & retail banking and consulting. Nina has a bachelors and master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and is a Tavistock trained executive coach. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership Development, team/group facilitation, managing conflict and employee wellbeing. She is also qualified and experienced in assessment work. Nina’s business background, together with her psychological training, enables her to combine insights from psychology with the realities of business and leadership to enhance individual and team performance. She particularly enjoys working with individuals to deepen their self-insight in order to facilitate behaviour change with both a personal and business impact.
