I believe that, at its best, coaching is a “you-centric” relationship with an honest, open minded, trained professional who will enable you to make the most of who you are in whatever situation you find yourself in.
I am passionate about you making the most out of the talents you have, enabling you to cope with the increasingly complex stresses created by the modern workplace, and finding ways to enable you to deal with the constant change around you or make the life and/or career changes you want.
The success of effective coaching lies in our ability to create a relationship characterised by mutuality. We need to be open and trust each other, to work hard together for you, and identify, craft and focus on the outcomes you want.
It’s possible, it takes time, a good deal of self-reflection, but it can be achieved together.
I have a 3 pillared approach to coaching: Maximising potential Developing resilience Coaching for change
Maximising potential - areas of focus: Strengths assessments and activation Career planning Career break returning Targeting promotion Dealing with promotion
Developing resilience - areas of focus: Absorb pressure and/or uncertainty Managing politics Work relationship – your boss, your team, your peers Managing upwards Confidence and enthusiasm Dealing with pressure Work/life balance
Coaching for change - areas of focus: Business change Moving roles and jobs Dealing with redundancy Assessing new opportunities Moving from a professional role to a commercial role Starting your own business Surviving in a start up
