I believe in continuous learning and development for all leaders. My niche is EMERGING LEADERS, individuals who coach others who coach others in the work they do. I believe in coaching the whole person; and I coach with purpose and believe in producing outcomes that relate back to the business. I coach with "backbone and heart" and follow Mary Beth O'Neill's framework. Coaching is about CHANGE and ACTION. I also focus on presence-based coaching as defined by Ron Silsbee.
