I’m an experienced leader and coach with a broad range of experience in people development, including training delivery, coaching, event hosting, facilitation and delivering capability improvements at organisational level.
I currently work as a freelance coach, trainer and facilitator. Prior to that, I spent 15 years in central government in a variety of operational and HR roles.
As a coach I help clients identify their values and to link these to their goals. My coaching style is both dynamic and reflective. I help clients feel heard and understood and that they leave each session feeling empowered to take decisive action.
Clients tell me I’ve got a talent for helping them make sense of what’s going on and working out what matters most to them. I like to refer to this as separating ‘the signal’ from ‘the noise’ and I do this through a combination of listening deeply to what I’m hearing, noticing what I’m seeing and reflecting these things back to bring about a shift.
I coach across all levels, including at boardroom level. I work 1:1 and with teams helping people unlock their potential and to move forward feeling clear, confident and with a renewed sense purpose.
I’ve supported people to deal with a wide range of issues including leadership effectiveness, flexibility, resilience, change, transition, career choice and progression, confidence, personal impact and team dynamics.
