Drawing upon a unique blend of expertise in executive coaching and modern psychoanalysis, David facilitates learning that is both experiential and reflective. His work with groups and teams amplifies the core elements of effective collaboration. Through a structured, iterative, action-reflection process, teams leverage members’ strengths to upgrade dynamics in alignment with purpose. An early adopter of coaching supervision, David graduated Columbia University’s Coach Certification Program, the Center for Group Studies, and has been a regular participating member in individual and group supervision for over a decade. He trained in coaching supervision with Oxford Brookes and offers psychodynamically-informed coaching supervision to executive coaches.
