David works with a range of clients, individually and in teams, with a particular focus on strengthening their intra- and interpersonal expertise. David’s approach is influenced by his background in education and psychoanalysis. By listening deeply to what is spoken and what is left unsaid, he collaborates with clients to understand what they want, what motivates them, and what impedes their growth. From this place, David helps his clients to design experiments and plan actions that yield strategic insight and facilitate change.
An early adopter of coaching supervision, David has been a regular participating member in a supervision group and in individual supervision for over a decade. David trained with Oxford Brookes Coaching Supervision Program and offers psychodynamically-informed coaching supervision to executive coaches.
David provides one-on-one executive coaching, team coaching, group and team facilitation, facilitation training, and coaching supervision.
