The aim of all my work is to create change at a fundamental or transformational level, where clients have ownership of the process and are empowered by the changes they choose to make. Central to my approach is developing a client’s ‘signature presence’ by helping them gain greater self awareness, developing their confidence and self-belief hand in hand with improving their communication and interpersonal skills. Whatever the circumstances or context, I work with clients to explore what’s important to them, how it affects those around them, what they want to achieve and how they can articulate this in their ‘own’ words and with clarity, conviction and passion.
I work across the ‘Spectrum of Coaching’ providing both non-directive leadership coaching and more directive communication skills mentoring. I work by word of mouth/recommendation with large Co's in Financial Services, Accountancy, Engineering, technology etc
Formally a classically trained and professional actress, I have spent the last 12 years working in business initially as a specialist communication skills coach and trainer before moving into leadership development and becoming an executive coach.
