Kate specialises in career transition, understanding an executive's key role and strategic value within an organisation, and improving leadership and strategic execution skills. She has also coached teams to develop their leadership skills by working on key strategic business projects. She is a graduate of Meyler Campbell's Mastered Programme and is certified in the use of Hogan and MBTI assessments. She is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. She has regular supervision and significant CPD activity. Her clients include commercial and investment banks, asset management organisations, international law firms and multinational organisations. Kate worked in the financial sector as a senior executive with regional and international responsibilities in sales, product management and strategy based in UK and Asia. Kate’s style of coaching is non-directive, seeking to understand and challenge her clients, whilst providing support and encouragement.
