With my unique and diverse experience, skills and success, I’m able to help entrepreneurs and executives build profitable, sustainable enterprises without compromising purpose and passion whilst maintaining integrity and identity.

Whether its starting and rapidly scaling an enterprise, developing the skills to meet the challenges of growth, or, enhancing the entrepreneurs ability to enable their team to achieve more, I’ve developed a proven approach to individual and team coaching that delivers real results fast.

I’ve built several businesses and was a Consultant at PwC before setting up my latest coaching venture. I’m Co Founder of Holbirt too.

With my combined coaching experience and entrepreneurial insight, I support clients as they create and drive the enterprises they are passionate about.

I prefer to use a non-directive approach to coaching as I strongly believe that people are adults who are responsible, capable of solving problems and achieving their own goals.

I worked specifically with entrepreneurs and their teams both in scale ups and social enterprises. My specialist areas are in:

1. Coaching entrepreneurs through the emotional, challenging journey of growing and sustaining a business.
2. Working in enterprise teams to support both scale ups and social enterprises to grow together as a team and meet the challenges of growth, financing and sustainability.

My coaching approach works from a place of potential and is future orientated. It favours outcomes rather than analysis and it helps you think about success rather than failure. Use several different coaching tools depending on the specific situation but they are always solutions focused, centring on supporting the transformation of people.

Additional Information
I am very interested in the connection between leadership, coaching and their impact on social enterprise and the rise of women in the workplace. I believe we have been looking at leadership incorrectly and the future will require a more coaching approach to leadership than we have imagined before. I intend to explore this more deeply over the forthcoming years.
