  I am an international executive coach specialised in leadership and culture change designed to deliver fast growth. During my 20 years in senior corporate roles, I learned that effective change starts from within and is deeply linked to culture and leadership. Therefore, I trained in coaching, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and mindfulness to explore what truly defines human beings and how to help others achieve their goals.
I combine traditional techniques with an understanding of how the brain and emotions work together, to deliver long lasting change through self-awareness and new behaviours.
I apply this approach to my coaching (executive/team coaching for organisational change), seminars and group facilitations. My style is caring and empathic yet challenging and curious to stretch my clients, creating a positive and empowering mindset to ignite the change they need to succeed.
