I am an experienced consultant, facilitator, and coach, with expertise in leadership development, talent management, leading change, and HR development. I am an associate of Roffey Park Institute and Henley Business School.
Before setting up my development consulting business in 2013, I spent 20 years in private and charitable sectors, with L&OD roles at PwC, Allens LLP, and Cancer Research UK.
As a coach I have experience of coaching clients in a wide range of situations, such as one-to-one sessions for senior managers and leaders during and after development centres; high potential managers in action learning sets; and individuals seeking executive coaching about day-to-day management and leadership challenges.
I completed my MSc from UCL in Organisational Psychology in 2015, and my Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from the University of Sussex in 2018.
