I have worked with clients from a range of organisations who come from professional, academic and executive business backgrounds in both public and private sectors. I value the relationship I build with clients and have the ability to listen and understand quite quickly complex organisational issues. I see the client as a resourceful learner who with time and space can increase their own self awareness to meet personal challenge. My coaching practice is a synthesis of a range of coaching theories and approaches, which are integrated into my practise depending on the client themes being explored during the session. I am a qualified Myers Briggs assessor and Time to think partner. I have a professional background in nursing and previously held senior clinical and management positions in the NHS as well as senior management and board level roles in a university faculty.
