Isobel is married to a Dutchman and lives in a small Warwickshire village. She is passionate about helping people and her natural positivity and energy are infectious. She is honest, open and supportive, but also challenging. Outside of work she loves riding, gardening and the countryside.
Isobel helps aspiring women in business achieve their best; both for themselves and for their organisations. She believes in a win-win approach, helping and challenging her clients to be able to operate effectively in tough corporate environments. Her corporate experience spans chemicals & pharmaceuticals, energy, transport, water and automotive. She understands what it’s like to be a lone female at the executive table and helps women build their confidence and ability to lead through influence. Her approach is not just supportive, she will challenge her clients, to build their resilience and to ensure corporate objectives are being met. One of the insights she brings is to tap into the views of business stakeholders, and by gaining an understanding of others’ objectives, her coachees can achieve a ‘win-win’ for themselves and their business. Isobel has completed both the Certificate in Coaching through Henley College and a Diploma in Coaching at the University of Warwick.
