At the Humaniversity I work alongside the therapists in their 1 day weekend, week long and month long workshops that offer an opportunity for healthy personal growth and development. In addition to overcoming barriers and helping you to release unhelpful beliefs and feelings, our work can help you to discover your many positive qualities, such as joy, compassion, self-esteem, spiritual connection and your ability to form relationships and love. My personal work: I work both 1-2-1 coaching men and women and running events that help people to overcome barriers that hold them back to creating a fulfilling life. I work with shame and dismantling it so that each person can have a better relationship with themselves.
