Geraldene is a senior executive coach. She has 19 years executive coaching experience, coaching new managers to CEOs of government organisations and public companies. Through her prior experience as a management consultant, Geraldene was involved in strategy, systems thinking, leadership development, corporate philosophy and ethics. She brings this diversity of experience and integrative thinking into her coaching practice. Prior to establishing a successful coaching practice, Geraldene was a management consultant creating and delivering leadership development programmes for large Australian organisations. During this period Geraldene co-authored Burying the Twentieth Century: New Paths for New Futures examining strategic leadership issues in a complex global business environment.
She has been a Director of Quadrant Consulting, a human resources consultancy; an Associate of the Institute of Executive Coaching; and an Associate of The Ethics Centre.
