D’Rose Coaching does not provide therapy but instead a much more open and participative process of client-led development, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC). Helping clients learn the fundamental and transferable skills required to self-evaluate, problem solve and progress with confidence. Building clients understanding and awareness, honing practical methods and skills to address their personal challenges.
My practice is supported by 20 years’ experience in both the Public and Private Sector. Building my career in Education and Youth & Community Work arenas, underpinned by specialist qualifications from Roehampton University, Nottingham Trent University and accreditation through The Institute of Counselling. Specialising in personal and family crisis work with vulnerable groups, trauma, safeguarding and experience in Youth Justice.
