I started my career as an Executive Coach, since I am a Company Consultant in Training and Human Resources, and alternately as a Life Coach. I have studied the different types of coaching and I have worked with different tools, but Neurolinguistic Programming is one of the disciplines that makes my model and my coaching methodology, along with Emotional Intelligence. STRENGTHS: focus on communicative and emotional competences, which establish an affective and effective process in the person in connection with the coaching process. My values, the integrity and honesty involved in identifying in which processes I can intervene and when to refer to another professional, in the event that the person is not achieving the desired results.
As an Executive Coach I find it motivating to accompany people in leadership development and explore their managerial skills as well as their interpersonal communication-oriented performance. As a Life Coach I am passionate in accompanying people in their life projects aimed to achieving their well-being in all facets of their life and in discovering the mission and purpose that will lead them to that state of well-being. Both types establish a sequential line because of the work activity they perform or the way of life they lead. Both types are people with a clear commitment to continuous improvement and needs-oriented objectives of achieving a personal welfare. In the case of Executive Coach, to achieve their objectives and goals. I complement this profession with delivering teaching courses, lectures and presentations on Coaching Skills and Coaching for different types of consulting companies and training centers.
My passion for learning, my growing interest in the human being and the feeling of being able to experience the changes in the people I help, the trust and gratitude they show to me is what leads me to want to become a member of the Association. Being in the Association will allow me to share experiences with others, to bring visions other than the profesional ones, to establish points of continuous improvement and to generate currents of learning and innovation to the profession, as well as a process of sensitization and awareness
