After many years working in leadership roles in the travel, aviation and professional sport sectors, I believe passionately in coaching clients to develop a ‘human’ approach to effectively leading and managing their teams.
I am a licensed practioner in the 360’ ‘Emotional and Social Competency Inventory’ (ESCI), regularly using this tool to focus on the competencies that drive an emotionally intelligent leader. I find that the most transformational results emerge when clients develop greater self-awareness and empathy in their approach.
As an accredited mediator, I also coach in conflict resolution.
