My professional interests are Health and Wellbeing in general but in particular Women's Health and Women's (peri)menopausal years as well as Stress and Burnout prevention and management. I am also passionate about improving resilience in the workplace. In my free time I enjoy walks and hikes in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, cooking and reading. I am also an avid yogi and qualified iREST® meditation teacher. I love travelling, meeting people and learning about new cultures.
