  My name is Liz Fraser-Betts and I am the founder of Dot Dot Dash Coaching. Through 1to1 sessions, creative coaching and group coaching courses I am to help people out of their jam and back into their groove.

Specialising in helping new parents through their journey and helping people returning to work, I combine coaching with creativity to help find new solutions, ideas and approaches to empower people.
  Through 1to1 coaching, group coaching and creative sessions I help people;
- Through the juggles of parenthood (renegotiating work, coping with change, identity)
- Finding or regaining confidence
- ‘Stuckness’ and new directions
- Helping with anxiety and the stresses of everyday life
- Tackling the ‘I Just don’t know what to do’ block

Additional Information
  With a background in Museum and gallery learning I am a lover of the arts and advocate of arts for health and wellbeing. I use creativity in everything I do and have found combining creative approaches with coaching methodology really useful.
I am a mum of two children under 6 and most of my time is spent playing and learning alongside them. I enjoy the outdoors, photography, running and swimming and exploring new parts of the world
