Barry worked for the John Lewis Partnership, the UK’s largest employee owned organisation, for over 30 years and has extensive senior executive experience gained in their Department Store business. He believes passionately in leading with a sense of purpose and the importance of developing the talent at all levels in an organisation.
Barry has extensive experience of building and developing leadership teams as well as increasing the capability and impact of leaders in the organisation. He has a strong reputation for his strategic leadership capability and a compelling track record for leading transformational change.
