I’m looking to build my coach and client network, and work with anyone who I can help reach their potential or overcome a challenge in their workplace or career. I've been in HR/ People roles for 10+ years, where coaching techniques and skills have always been a key part of the day job, and seeing the results and positive change it can have is the best part of my job! I have a consultative style, build rapport quickly, and have a curiosity in understanding people's drivers and motivations. I've worked with senior leaders and their teams, both on a 1:1 basis and in groups, and frequently coach leaders and managers on driving performance, remove barriers and increase engagement. My degree is in Psychology & Management, I’m CIPD qualified in Learning & Development, and am a Talent Q Certified Practitioner. I'm studying for a Coaching Diploma at Warwick University.
