I am a fully qualified life coach specialising in wellbeing and development coaching. Having initially trained as a counsellor I have a particular interest in working with mental health and wellbeing issues including stress management and self-esteem.
I also provide walking coaching to clients as one of the best things you can do when you're mentally stuck is to physically move. This has proven to be particularly effective in helping my clients to gain new perspective and overcome their wellbeing obstacles.
I provide life coaching, wellbeing coaching and personal development coaching.
My particular areas of interest are working with Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Mindfulness.
