Personal Information
On a personal level, I enjoy keeping fit swimming, cycling and running. On the odd occasion I put these together for her favourite triathlon events, Huskisson being one of them. I also own and train horses, and uses horses as a key method of reflecting on my own behaviour and personal growth. They don’t lie!

”We have a unique opportunity to take ownership of our lives in this modern world of information. There is so much knowledge and strategies for self-improvement available to us. I encourage everyone to start their journey towards raising awareness, wisdom and growth. You will soon discover it never ends. There is always more life to be had.”
