Kirsty has more than 20 years experience in leadership, facilitation and coaching in small, medium, and large organisations. Kirsty leads with compassion and authenticity in an infectious manner which inspires and enables others to achieve their best.
Kirsty has a broad spectrum of experience within professional services, banking and finance, fast-moving consumer goods, and government. These experiences enable her to bring a broad perspective to her coaching conversations with you.

Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Applied Finance, Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from Sydney University, and has completed the Associate Coaching Course through Cape Town University.

On a personal level, I enjoy keeping fit swimming, cycling and running. On the odd occasion I put these together for her favourite triathlon events, Huskisson being one of them. I also own and train horses, and uses horses as a key method of reflecting on my own behaviour and personal growth. They don’t lie!
