My process is tailored to each individual and scenerio, understanding, developing and applying strengths to development. I have 25 years of working in Marketing and Operations teams in corporate companies (McDonalds, Debenhams, Nominet) leading large teams and responsible for development coaching for line managers on an ongoing basis.
