Alec is a qualified L7 CMI Leadership Coach with over 20 years experience in the education sector; 11 of those in senior leadership. Alec has successfully launched two new schools and led the turnaround of a school requiring improvement. These opportunities allowed him to develop a deep understanding of building and transforming organisational culture through positive leadership, establishing a clear vision, and creating clear action plans to map the journey. Alec has applied this with coaching clients from different fields.
Alec's role is to empower you to move forward with the challenges you face. He is an expert in developing teams and individuals and helping others to progress their careers and life goals and realise their aspirations.
