: I work with private clients as well as being an Associate career advisor with the London School of Economics supporting a range of people from senior professionals managing career transition to young graduates embarking on the start of their careers.
I utilise all the experience knowledge and people skills that I have developed following a 20+ year career in corporate roles in Financial Services and Consulting. I have successfully navigated two major career changes: from an early career in business development and general management into Executive Recruitment and then as an entrepreneur establishing my own Executive Recruitment business. I have first-hand experience of the challenges/fears that many of my clients may face. Deep experience of identifying, assessing and coaching talent into new roles.
One to one coaching to explore potential and possibilities in current or brand-new career paths. Career change and transition into a new role assessing the career/life history of the individual by identifying their skills, strengths, interests and development of a clear action plan in order to meet the goals identified throughout the coaching process. Strengthen employability skills. Single sessions covering CV and cover letter review, interview preparation and practice.
