The Institute of Coaching (IOC) exists to advance the positive impact of the field of coaching on the world. IOC recognizes that coaching – with a firm scientific foundation -- is a powerful vehicle for change that can empower and shift individuals, organizations, corporations and communities. IOC encourages professional development, coaching science and stronger communities through resources, events, research and thought leadership. Established in 2009, IOC now has over 2,000 active global members, and counts the Association for Coaching as a committed, mission-aligned partner.

The Henley Centre for Coaching works with individuals and organisations to create a community of more effective leaders, managers and coaches. The Centre offers a range of initiatives including qualification programmes, conferences, access to research, webinars and masterclasses.
