<h2><span style="color: #ed6864;">In the Flow: Leading as optimal experience</span></h2>

<p class="xxxxelementtoproof" style="color: #000000; background: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: sans-serif; color: #64656a;">In a world obsessed with certainty, leadership has become synonymous with control. We seek data to forecast the future, shape strategies to minimise risk, and use AI to do our thinking for us. Yet despite our best efforts, complexity and uncertainty keep outpacing us. Control becomes contraction and we find ourselves caught up in cycles of stress, stagnation and silo-working. We’re left feeling overwhelmed, overworked and under-inspired, and managing people who are equally disengaged.</span></p><p class="xxxxelementtoproof" style="color: #000000; background: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="color: #64656a;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: sans-serif;">This event offers another path.</span></span></span></p><p class="xxxxelementtoproof" style="color: #000000; background: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family: sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="color: #64656a;"><i>In the Flow</i> is an invitation to let go of needing to be ‘in the know’ and have all the answers. The way forward is not by pushing harder, but by creating the conditions for dialogue, fresh thinking and new ideas to flow. It’s about learning to lead from presence rather than pressure, from coherence rather than control, from feeling energised rather than exhausted. All of this is within our reach and is easier to achieve than leaders think.</span></span></span></p>

<h2><span style="color: #ed6864;">GB Virtual Event: Next Level Coaching: A New Developmental Lens for the Future of Coaching</span></h2><p><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #ed6864;"></span><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #64656a;">Traditional coaching has focused on models, competencies, questions, presence, and relationship. These matter, but they do not fully explain why some coaches hear more, notice more, and intervene at greater depth than others, or why two coaches using the same model can produce very different outcomes.</span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="color: #64656a;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;">This session introduces Constructed Development Theory as a new lens for the coaching profession. Next Level Coaching examines the real-time construction of both coach and client: how each organises meaning, attention, emotion, language, choice, and response in the moment.</span></span></span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="color: #64656a;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;">Participants will explore Cognitive Intentions, the unconscious thinking patterns that shape how people interpret themselves, others, problems, relationships, and possibilities. An Identity Compass profile can offer a powerful entry point, but the deeper aim is to recognise Cognitive Intentions as they emerge live in conversation.</span></span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="color: #64656a;"><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;">The session then introduces Real-Time Modelling: listening not only to what the client says, but to how they are constructing their reality as they say it.</span></span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="color: #64656a;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 16.8667px;">Next Level Coaching connects presence, language, cognition, self-awareness, and transformation into a coherent developmental framework, to offer participants a fundamentally different foundation to their coaching relationships.</span></span></span></p>

His work centres on the Awareness Quotient (AQ), a measure of dynamic awareness, and Dynamic Intelligence (DI), the capacity to move deliberately from intention to response under real conditions.</span></span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="color: #64656a;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;">With over 14,300 Identity Compass profiles analysed, his research demonstrates how <i>Cognitive Intentions</i> shape awareness, decision-making, and emotional regulation. Through these insights, Darren helps senior leaders, organisations, and practitioners build adaptive capacity and self-construction skills that match modern complexity.</span></span></span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; color: #64656a;">Dr Stevens’ philosophy is grounded in one principle: how you think determines what you are capable of seeing. Every choice, emotion, and action begins with a construction of meaning, often unconscious. His work brings this process into awareness, enabling deliberate, dynamic thinking rather than reactive habit.</span></p>
