Rob Lawrence is an audio producer, author, speaker, podcaster and certified coach who helps high-achieving professionals, creative entrepreneurs and business leaders to broadcast stories and strategies worth listening to.

As a member of the Association for Coaching, he has grown his own flourishing coaching practice by creating, and helping others to create, their own successful podcast series.

In November 2014, Rob launched his own show, Inspirational Creatives, about what it means to lead a successful and creative life. This series has featured over 100 interviews with best-selling authors, entrepreneurs, artists, producers, psychologists, coaches and business leaders. In 2018, his podcast reached over 70,000 downloads world-wide. His clients now use this series as part of their own transformational journey.

Having lead and created award-winning teams across the globe, Rob discovered coaching through podcasts whilst holding leadership and managerial roles with Vodafone UK, HBOS Australia, Unisys, and ACNielsen. With a life-long passion for sound, he received a scholarship and gained a first-class honours degree in audio production. Since then, he became a member of the Audio Engineering Society and now frequently addresses university and enterprise audiences on how the power of sound, and carefully crafted dialogue, can transform lives.

Today, Rob guides other coaches on how to create powerful, inspiring and engaging listening experiences through their own voice, brand and message.
