Getting Involved with the AC
Volunteering with the AC Getting Involved with the AC

The Association for Coaching’s continued success is through the talent of our people, contributing their time and experience in the areas that work to their strengths, to serve our collective profession and our membership community throughout the world.

The majority of our contributors are themselves members who want to play active participative roles within the AC. They can contribute to an array of projects, professional initiatives, and events across our 'One AC' Community. They dedicate what time they can afford to collectively help the AC advance the coaching profession and champion coaching excellence.

Why get involved?

By being in a designated role with the Association for Coaching (AC), or alternatively, as a contributor for specific projects, you will have the opportunity to:

  • work as part of a dynamic and diverse high performance professional team
  • help to collectively create a lasting legacy for coaching internationally
  • access to high level networking opportunities across the AC global community
  • raise your own personal and professional profile
  • experience significant personal satisfaction through supporting AC members and the wider coaching profession.

Ways to get involved

Getting involved with AC varies in type and level of commitment required. All require you to be a self-starter with enthusiasm and energy.

Our contributor roles require you to be a member of the AC. Some roles no previous experience, just an interest or desire to contribute for as little as a few hours a year or for a one-off project, whilst others require a somewhat longer commitment.

Roles with specific requirements are sometimes offered as part-time roles and these roles would be a great addition to a skilled freelance who is looking to expand their working portfolio, these roles are offered on a self-employed basis.

We are currently looking for contributors for the following roles. Please read more about what is involved and the commitment required by opening each role.

If any of these are of interest to you, we'd love to hear from you!
