Patrick Wimble is an executive coach who works with senior leaders in business to enable them to perform at their best. This includes working with clients to understand any personal or professional "blockers" that may be inhibiting their ability to grow their career. Core to this is making the "unconscious, conscious", enabling his clients to uncover the cause of certain behaviours and then develop strategies to either enhance or mitigate them. He works with senior leaders in all professions, including those who have, or are about to, step into a more senior role, helping them prepare in the best possible way. Patrick was a senior leader in the hospitality industry with over 25 years of experience in various commercial roles in the UK, Middle East and Asia. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University.
