She has extensive experience in the field of coaching having designed and implemented coaching programmes for managers and senior executives in areas such as Leadership, Managing Change, and Enhancing Performance through Open Dialogue. She has designed, delivered and managed major leadership and culture change interventions for many multinational and semi-state companies.
