I provide a safe vehicle for people to pursue their development. I believe in creating environment of construct and "becoming". My background is as an actor and theatre director and I have spent 20 years working in business. As such I bring a vast array of practical exercises to enhance personal impact and brand, as well as a thorough understanding of business models to help explore context. My customers are Partners, Executives, including CEOs and Managers.
My work involves coaching, facilitation and training in coaching skills. I design simulations and programmes to enhance development. In addition I design team "away days" with a bit of "wow" and a lot of fun.
